Riding Lessons
Four Gs Equestrian has a comprehensive lesson program to suit a variety of riders and experience levels. We stress safety first, followed by enjoyment and advancement.
We start all new riders, regardless of experience, with an introductory private lesson. This enables us to evaluate the skills of the rider. When certain skills are attained, riders are moved into private or group lessons, which are beneficial for learning by observing others.

Lesson Policies
Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled lesson time. In addition, plan for an additional 30 minutes after your lesson to properly care for the horse and tack.
Cancellations: If the client cannot make a lesson, Four Gs will allow a makeup lesson if we are given 24 hours notice or you have set up a plan ahead of time with our instructor. Missed lessons do not carr over to the following month. Lessons canceled within 24 hours will not be made up. Lessons expire on the last day of the month.
Inclement Weather: Weather in Florida is often unpredictable. We do not cancel lessons for mild showers. However, if there is lightning and/or heavy rain, lessons will be cancelled, and you will be notified. If you have not received a call, we will be expecting you for your lesson. However, there is a chance that you could arrive for your lesson, even be on your horse, and it could be cancelled due to lighting and/ or heavy rain.
Payments: Riders are required to lesson a minimum of once a week to receive the package discount. All invoices will be billed and sent by email on the first of each month for our review. The invoice will be charged with our card on file on the sixth of each month, unless paid beforehand. If the invoice becomes past due (on the 7th or later) a $25 late fee will be applied.
Refunds: Due to the nature of our business, we do not issue refunds.

Group Lesson(s) - $105
One Group lesson, $105; Monthly Group Lesson Package (minimum 1x/week ), $95 per lesson. One hour of riding instruction with 2-6 students.
Private Lesson(s) - $150
One Private lesson, $150; Monthly Package (minimum 1x/week ), $140 per lesson. One-on-one intensive riding instruction for 45 minutes-1 hour. Limited availability.
Beginner Lesson(s) - $135
One private lesson – $135. Monthly Package (minimum 1x/week ) – $125 per lesson.
60 minutes of instruction both on the ground and in the saddle, and includes tack up and after care of the horse within the hour. This is a perfect introduction to horsemanship. Riders eventually move into group or private lessons after basic knowledge and skills are met.
Introductory Private Lesson - $150
A one-on-one lesson, one-and-a-half hours including grooming, tacking-up, riding, untacking, and aftercare of horse and tack. Mandatory for all first time riders in our program, regardless of level.
