IEA Membership Agreement

“The Client” and “The Company” agree as follows:

A. “The Company” will provide “The Client” with a horse to lesson on.
B. “The Company” will provide professional riding instruction twice a week (scheduled in advance).
C. “The Company” will provide 5 shows to attend in the regular season.

A. The two liability releases and credit card authorization form must be completed and signed for the 2024-2025 season (links below):

B. Adhere to the dress code (posted on website) and arrive on time to your schedule lesson.
C. Become an IEA Member on https://www.rideiea.org/forms/membership/
D. Team Membership Fee of $250 will be invoiced and charged at start.
E. “The Client” is required to lesson twice a week.
F. “The Client” is required to participate in our one fundraiser a season (popcorn sales).

A. Our monthly membership price is based on the IEA Season (September 1-January 31).
B. By signing this agreement, “The Client” is committing to a five month minimum term of pre-authorized monthly membership payments.
C. “The Client” will put a credit card on file, and it will be automatically charged $831 per month (due on the 1st of each month) for two group lessons per week.

A. “The Client” can show a maximum of 5 show days per regular season
B. Each show is $500
C. Tentative show calendar is posted on the website with registration due dates
D. Sign up for each show by emailing or texting Ally and submitting payment by the registration due date

A. The Membership may be terminated by either party with at least 30 days notice prior to the end of your five month term.
B. Refunds or Credits are not available.
C. If terminating your IEA contract with less than 30 days notice, you will be charged the following month’s membership fee, rider will be encouraged to take those lessons. (Monthly membership is due on the first).
D. Inclement Weather: in Florida is often unpredictable. We do not cancel lessons for mild showers. However, if there is lightning and/or heavy rain, lessons will be cancelled, and you will be notified. If you have not received a call, we will be expecting you for your lesson. However, there is a chance that you could arrive for your lesson, even be on your horse, and it could be cancelled due to lighting and/or heavy rain.
E. If “The Client” cannot make a lesson, Four Gs will allow a makeup lesson if we are given 24 hours notice and rescheduled within the month. Missed lessons do not carry over to the following month. Lessons canceled within 24 hours will not be made up.

All fields below are required.

By signing this agreement, members are committing to automatic tuition payments from September 1, 2024 to January 31, 2025, unless otherwise terminated in accordance with the above terms.
